Not only are these ex-project defectors being assaulted, but they are turning on each other in some cases. What most people do not know (and in some cases, even the subjects themselves) is that programming was installed in mind control operatives that makes them hostile to the “others” who are not directly in the “command and control” level of their personality alters. Translated that means: they are hard-wired to attack (even kill) another!

This NOT, I repeat, NOT just a “super soldier”, SRA, or abductee problem. Everyone on the planet has been dosed with heavy metal nanoids as result of the global “aerosol” projects called “chemtrails”. Do not think for one second that YOU are not “mind controlled”, or are exempt from the toxic infiltration on Earth of black energies. This is not just a problem for ex-CIA black operatives—this is a problem for HUMANS—we have been “terra-formed”!

If we do not recognize the problem, if we simply dismiss the overwhelming evidence of the above statements, and we simply WAIT for someone else to rescue us, or worse, if we act in the same manner as the reptoid overlords, then “THEY” have won! It is either “game over” or “game on!”

I assume that the people who follow this blog and my radio shows are SPIRITUAL people. I also assume that you are a cut above the media-fed masses, who still practice religion, watch mainstream media, and continue to FEED the cabal’s global stranglehold by acting like CATTLE. I assume that you also are proactive and will now begin to TAKE BACK YOUR POWER—are we on the same page?

OK.

As spiritual people (and YOU get to define that…we do not follow or prescribe dogma), there is a way out of the oscillating EMP fields (like HAARP—you did your homework on this, didn’t you?) and black magic spells woven over this planetary matrix. There is a Higher Power (Force, ONE-ness, or Creator, God…The Father…) which, if properly engaged, can not only withstand, but overthrow their designs. This is where you—me—everyone reading this (and PLEASE circulate this post wherever you can) get to TAKE BACK OUR POWER! We are all creators, we are all part of the Universal ONE-nes…the “I AM”), and we are each potentially “LIght Warriors” (that is a real term, not some nice jargon wielded by weak, ineffectual wanna-be’s). Ascension is 100% voluntary—ride the tiger, or be eaten by the lizards.

There has been an overwhelming response to my request for a collective effort to counter the efforts of the dark cabal being levied against us. The idea is for the people on WordPress and perhaps over venues to unite in contemplation and meditation and focus our intents and energies collectively. The main goal is to provide protection and relief to all of us who are experiencing, lethargy, confusion, irritation and other negative symptoms. Many are getting triggered or feeling suicidal.  There is a blatant attempt to stop the healing and spiritual progress of those of us who’ve been in MK-Ultra, Monarch, Milabs etc.  We shall not take this lying down.

The plan is to have as many of us as possible on Sunday, April 22nd, 2012 to go into a quiet space and focus, meditate and do whatever spiritual actions you feel comfortable with or believe in and negate the negative, destructively qualified energies and frequencies being thrown at us all.  Many of us are going to be in action around 6 p.m. Pacific time on Sunday. If you cannot join us in that time zone, please choose any time on Sunday to participate. • Demand-Ask-Request- The sinister plans, operations, bases, equipment, activities of the enemy be made revealed to all man kind and their intentions exposed.
• Demand-Ask-Request- Divine intervention on behalf of all children everywhere on the Earth from being kidnapped and placed in programs where they are systematically tortured, raped, humiliated and slaughtered. Demand divine dispensations to stop all Military Abductions and needless desecration of children and adults.
• Demand-Ask-Request- All energy, life force and essence that was sapped, drained, stolen from any and all of us be returned immediately.
• Demand-Ask-Request- All irritations, lethargy, exhaustion, negative thought forms, triggers,health problems etc. be shattered and FOREVER prevented from acting in our lives and worlds.

Demand-Ask-Request – All GOD consciousness trapped in programming cubes and in other forms of traps must be released and never trapped again.

In addition to your list which i think is brilliant, here is my two pence worth, some more ideas,some of it you may find useful if not disregard. as you can see this takes into account another angle which may be present:

1.Theta healing commands

It is commanded to:

Remove any and all guilt
Remove any and all false beliefs that you are evil
Remove any and all belief that you deserve to suffer and be attacked
Remove all beliefs about needing to suffer to do penance, such as karma
Remove any curses put on you by yourself or others in this and other lives

Download knowing what it feels like, knowing that it’s possible to, knowing how to (all the following):
• Forgive yourself
• Accept God/Creator’s forgiveness (and download creators definition of forgiveness)
• to know that you are a perfect and innocent child of God/Spirit/Creator [whatever works for you]
• to know that as a child of God you are perfectly invulnerable.
• To know what its like to live without attack
• To remember your true identity as a child of God

All of the above removals and downloads to be done:
• On all 5 levels
• For all parts, alters and the spaces in between
• On all dimensions

2. hopono opono (spelling?)
To do this you consider in your mind the attack situation, and while holding it in mind say these four phrases to God/creator [note you are saying these to Creator, not to any attacker]
-I’m sorry
-please forgive me
-thank you
-I love you
Can be said many times the more the better

3. This prayer from A Course in Miracles, has saved me from attack and dispelled all kinds of adverse situations for me. To the perceived attacker, in your mind say:

“I give you to the Holy Spirit as part of myself
I know you will be released unless I want to use you to imprison myself
In the name of my freedom I choose your release
Because I recognise we will be released together.”

May sound very weird i know,all i can say about the last is, it’s saved my life a few times I think.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Sebastian and I am fortunate enough to be able to call myself a friend of Duncan and Miranda’s! They were so kind as to allow me their blog to post a little entry on, even though I am not quite sure that I’ll be able to contribute anything which they haven’t already covered over the years (Editor’s Note: So totally not true! We are so grateful for your contribution, help, your amazing insights and standing with us, Seb! Always.) so please bear with me! I am also gonna have to apologize in advance if this is going to be a rather lengthy post, so in case you’re feeling a bit tired – now would be the time to go brew some java!

Ok, where do I start?

I wanted to first say a little bit about mind control, not the horrific kind that either Duncan or Miranda went through but the insidious kind that everybody on this planet, at least in what we would call the ‘civilized societies’ is under the influence of.

I don’t know how many of you reading this right now were at Awake and Aware 2011 this year but those that were might remember that the theme back then was ‘Global Consciousness’.

And even though if you ask ten people about what ‘Global Consciousness’ really means you’ll get ten different answers, let’s just for now agree on that it basically is trying to describe the globe with everybody on it being aware of what is really going on behind the curtain so that blogs like this one and conferences like Awake and Aware are no longer considered ‘creepy conspiracy stuff’ but mainstream knowledge and fact.

Ok, that would be quite nice wouldn’t it? No more ridicule, no longer getting laughed at, no more hiding what you know from co-workers or your mother-in-law… Imagine CNN headlines: “Breaking News: Underground UFO bases, the Government was involved” or something like that … WAKE UP!!! It’s not going to happen at least not for some time!

Global consciousness in that regard cannot happen simply because of Mind Control. The kind of Mind Control I am talking about is something as ‘innocent’ as Barney the Purple Dinosaur, it’s the creation of a false sense of comfort, of peace, of what you and everybody else on a daily basis is perceiving as their individual ‘reality’!

I don’t want to digress too much here but I do need to throw in a quick overview and/or maybe question as to what exactly ‘consciousness’ even means and why we all are mostly defenseless against mind control because most of us cannot even control our own minds!

To this day no scientist can really explain and/or locate how and where exactly our brain creates this feeling of ‘I am’, which is ultimately the quintessential consciousness, the observer, the one who’s in command so to speak. Is consciousness not a brain function at all? Is it in our light body, or our spirit or even soul? That’s not going to be part of this post, just remember that consciousness is still a mystery and many of its functions are as well!

Everything experience is filtered, recorded, labeled and filed away in our brain. Pleasant things get a priority and become role models of the kind of things we want to have more of while unpleasant or painful experiences are buried deep down and are from now on avoided if possible. It hereby doesn’t matter whether we are conscious at the time or not; the subconscious is working 24/7 in filtering and storing information and it is also communicating with our consciousness through feelings, impressions, dreams, moods, images, physical sensations, changes and even bodily and mental illnesses.

So, the average person (and by the average person I mean literally almost everyone on this earth including you and me) goes about their daily activities being bombarded with ‘stuff’: ads, billboards, radio, TV, commercials, music, magazines, newspapers, products to buy, food, drinks, other people and their influence on you, how you have to look in order to ‘fit in’, what car you need to drive, how you have to speak, how to dress, how to walk, what to think, how much to earn etc. etc.

From the moment your feet hit the floor until when your head hits the pillow there are millions of messages being thrown at you all day long that are literally designed to lowering your IQ! You cannot escape that unless you were really living out in the woods with little to no interaction with the outside world.

What is so problematic here is that your consciousness, YOU in other words, is not even aware of it happening just like you don’t feel your own hair grow. You might suddenly get a strong craving for a certain kind of food. Or you might over time start to develop certain negative thoughts, become depressed, jealous or angry at loved ones for no apparent reason. Or you start having a more extreme political view.

After a while your thinking patterns have changed to the point where you are holding almost irreversible radical thoughts and surround yourself with like-minded people and you don’t even know that every little step along this path from childhood ‘til now, your mind, which you held in such high regard and which you thought was free to make it’s own decisions has been mind controlled from day one. Stone-stubborn debunkers and logic-lovers are one example for such a mental downward spiral, others are the kind of brain dead people that block everything out that doesn’t have to do with food, money or sex!

Ok, now to bring this all back to Global Consciousness, as long as you and me don’t make a physical and painful effort to examine ourselves 24/7, non-stop and really try to separate the REAL you from what you have been led to believe was you, there cannot be a global awareness of such crimes like MK-Ultra for instance simple because WE are not in control of our own minds yet!

For instance: We go to a conference like Awake and Aware, we hear the speakers, we read their books and we talk to other people at the conference and all the while we feel strong, empowered, ‘finally I know the truth, I will fight from now on, I will not be a puppet any longer!’

…Then the conference is over, we go home, feed the cat, go to work, order Domino’s, pay the bills and all of a sudden we’re back to ‘reality’, the stuff we learned at the conference appears far away and suddenly the first doubts have trickled down from our subconscious into our conscious mind and we think: “Hmmm…maybe this stuff is not true after all, I am confused right now”, and then you forget all about it again until the next time when something in your own life happens that makes you wake up again!

Isn’t that exactly how it works, c’mon people don’t be ashamed, admit it! The reason is simply because in your mind, your comfort zone, your home, your life and everything in it was designed BEFORE you ever heard about this ‘creepy conspiracy stuff’ and this comfort zone your mind is trying to protect like a castle at all cost which is why we need to make it a conscious effort to break out and everyday, all day long examine our thoughts and feelings and really check ourselves whenever we feel doubts, weakness, negative and (self-)destructive thoughts and/or emotions enter our minds.

As Duncan said: “Your most powerful weapon is your mind and your ability to use it!’ Well then, are some of you still not convinced why ’they’ would want to keep the power to control your own mind from you?

Debunkers and non-believers always ask me: ‘So if this was all true how come I haven’t heard about it yet, how come it’s not all over the news?”… Well, by now, dear reader you should be able to give the exact answer…

We humans tend to look for truth from others: the phenomena of the endless internet searches, cruising websites, YouTubes, and forums…I know who you are, I have met you a thousand times. Some of you are genuinely perplexed, some really seeking to know “what’s happening”, others (the most annoying) are know-it-all wise-asses that ride roughshod over others with your opinions and colorful comments, using schoolyard bully tactics you never outgrew as a seven-year old.

Growing up, as I did, in the pre-internet generation, and having a boatload of QUESTIONS that no one seemed to be able to answer—about stuff NO ONE even wanted to talk about, I had to “kick it old school”. I was barely 5 years old when I saw President Kennedy blasted out of this physical domain…watched his alleged killer shot live on Sunday morning TV…then, in rapid succession, the murders of Malcolm X, Bobby Kennedy, and Martin Luther King. I grew up with the nightly news and “Uncle Walter  (Cronkite)” showing us the bloody horror of the Viet Nam war…and had my own little experiences with some beings  that were, specifically, “non-human”…?

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out, even at 5, 7, or 9 years old, that this place is an insane asylum!

And that’s the point: information does NOT = Truth! Children are very perceptive…children haven’t yet abandoned the pre-conscious, intuitive KNOWING…children experience what we call “reality” from a purer perspective because they KNOW! Children are also the first targets of mind control because if they are tagged early  so their intuitions and pre-conscious brain states can be harnessed, tapped, and perverted by the same “them” who perpetrate global atrocities on a daily schedule.

An old sage, Solomon, advised: “Get wisdom, and don’t FORGET it.” Yet, we, as the post-information society beings get information…tons of information…and remain opinionated, bigoted, and of the same mind we had when we THOUGHT we were seeking so-called “Truth”.

We would be better off abandoning the so-called “intelligence” of our educators, religious leaders, entertainment idols, and gurus…with all the social conditioning, and peer pressures; and going back to tapping the smarts of the kid who looks at a cruel, violent, and senseless humanity with unbelief and deep dread. Our initial responses—as innocents—was the most natural, and the most perceptive…but WE look for validation, for more facts, for more proof…when, really, we already KNEW the truth inside ourselves.

Mind control did not begin with Operation Paperclip; it didn’t originate with MKUltra, and all the projects of the CIA, KGB, Mossad, MI5, and secret societies…it didn’t begin with Hitler…or even Atilla The Hun. Mind control began when WE abandoned our own inner knowing…when we collapsed our native intelligence into the “norms” of reasoning and logic. It began when we lost the wonder of a star-lit night sky

The reverse is that we still KNOW…and that inner-child knowing is what can pull us out of the spinning wheel of hypnosis and entrainment…it is the SNAP! Of the inner child-like awakeness—the “higher self”—that screams inside our head—that ends the manmade delusions of mind control…because we ALL, as a human race…ALL have been traumatized and split by the very media we go to for our “information”.

Even worse, WE traumatize others on a daily basis with our opinions, our judgments, and petty cruelties. WE finance and enable the black budget programs and secret society rituals of child abduction, pedophilia, ritual murder, and control, by continuing to “agree” that there is nothing wrong with a world controlled by monsters. We do it when we bully, muscle, and intimidate through our OWN understanding, rather than the native wisdom of the child who KNEW the cruelty of this world was wrong…and also saw the beauty of the natural earth being perverted and destroyed.

As an interviewer, I have the privilege of getting very deep into minds and hearts of some people who truly HAVE been targets of mind control, abductions, and torture. People who make my worst day look like a stroll in the park. The funny thing is, what I also find is, that for whatever terrors they endure, they are not victims. Whatever manner of control has been leveled at them, they still retained the innocence that psychopaths failed to kill; they held on to the inner child who KNOWS who she is, and refuses to let go of the deeper truth…the KNOWING: that evil shrivels into a cowering wimp when it can’t defeat him—even at death.

We all have choices to make…and pretty damn soon by my reckoning. Some of you have already decided to stand…some of you are not so sure…the worst of you continue to hunt for more information—and for that, you are toast! Some of you are scoffers, who mock the best and bravest with cynical curses and endless yapping—YOU are already defeated!

There is nothing wrong with sharing information, exchanging ideas, and pushing the warning out to the brain-dead masses, BUT—sooner or later, we all have to stand up and choose to join the battle…and boot camp is over. Better to go back to the child who knows, and OWN your truth. It’s the invincible sword that prevails.
